What Makes My Coaching Different?

1.
I prioritize building a safe, judgement free connection - one that's authentic and transparent. With this type of care, even the most closed kids open up and share deeply.
2.
I help your son study the mindset of the role models he already admires. Like game film we break down what makes them successful so he’s inspired to grow from the inside out.
3.
We tackle real life challenges and "boring" topics like emotions, but I do it in a way that feels fun and natural, which is why boys stay open and excited for each session.
The Tools He'll Learn

And more… it will all depend on what your son needs in the moment.

Dad, Husband, Coach, Athlete, Musician, Leader

I’m a certified life coach, motivational speaker, breathwork facilitator, athlete, musician, and entrepreneur who has spent years traveling the world inspiring young people to be their best.
As Founder and Executive Director of Give N' Grow, I’ve delivered mental health and social-emotional learning programs to over 60,000 people across the U.S. in partnership with NBA teams, players, sports psychologists, and schools.
I’ve impacted thousands of teens through school keynotes, team mental-performance trainings, and my work as a group therapy facilitator with Charlie Health.
Before shifting into holistic wellness, I worked in the Atlanta Hawks front office and as a footwear developer at Under Armour, helping create custom shoes for NBA players including Steph Curry.
My work has taken me around the world—from mentoring young athletes in Ghana to my current home in Costa Rica, where I teach a unique blend of music, movement, and mindfulness.
My clients find me relatable because I’ve lived the same challenges—anxiety, anger, confidence, self-love, and grief—which is why I’m deeply committed to helping boys navigate them too.
