What if you had 1 tool that improved
all aspects of athletics?

We do. Its our breath.
Science proves it. Our training develops it.
“Breathwork can help improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall health and well-being, allowing athletes to maintain focus and concentration during training and competition.”

2016 Study - Even heavy smokers were able to improve their lung capacity due to routinely practiced Breathwork.
"That was awesome! I told my guys right after that it takes a special person to be able to get a bunch of teenagers to be interested in that stuff. Appreciate you so much. I think we all feel refreshed. Especially the part of picturing us making good plays, winning, etc. that was awesome."

A Simple & Effective Approach To Peak Performance

Utilize Who Already Influences
It can be common to have resistance to trying meditation and breathwork.
Most don’t know however that their idols – LeBron, Kobe, Sue Bird, and so many more elite performers in and outside of sports – use these tools daily to manage stress and perform at their best!
Showing this secret side of superstars through motivational videos creates immediate player buy-in, opening players up to deep conversations and engaging in the breathwork meditation.
Elevate What Already Works
Some athletes have routines that consistently put them into the zone. Most don’t.
The most common pregame routine is listening to music, and that routine is packed with potential for shifting energy and locking in, but there is something missing that unlocks its full potential.
I teach athletes a style of rhythmic breathwork that builds mind-body connection, significantly reduces pregame anxiety, and rapidly releases stress in the body.
This combination empowers players to find their peak energetic state and tap into it on command.

Prioritize Experience Over Info.
Athletes don't need more information. They're overwhelmed by information everyday.
They need to feel what being stress free feels like. They need to feel mind-body connection.
They need to feel the flow state.
I eliminate the forgettable acronyms, information overload, and boring studies that keep players stuck in their head, and instead give them the EXPERIENCE of shifting their energy and getting into the zone on command.
While the tools I teach take practice to master, I guarantee that even first timers will feel the powerful mental, emotional and physical shifts that breathwork offers in just 1 session.
